Updating your personal information

To ensure that your Learning Pathways user profile reflects accurate and up-to-date information, follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in:

If you are not already signed in, begin by signing into your Learning Pathways account. If you're unsure how to sign in, refer to our guide on how to sign in to Learning Pathways for step-by-step instructions.

2. Navigate to your profile:

After signing in, locate your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen & select ‘Account Details’.

3. Review and Update:

Within the Account Details page, you can find essential personal information, including your:

• Name
• Email

You can find the rest of your information under the My Profile section.

4. Save Changes:

After reviewing and amending the information you wish to update, scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Save Changes.' This ensures that the modifications you made are saved and reflected in your profile.
